1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Toros Customs website and purchasing any products or services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use this site. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our site.

Toros Customs LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of New Hampshire. We sell apparel and merchandise, giveaway entry vouchers, and automotive detailing services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement. Giveaway entry vouchers are available to legal residents of the United States only.
4. Products and Services
4.1 Apparel and Merchandise
All apparel is made to order or produced in limited runs. Product descriptions, images, and sizing information are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to manufacturing or screen display differences and do not constitute a defect.
4.2 Detailing Services
Detailing services listed on the site are available in the Seabrook, NH area. Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmed via direct communication. Toros Customs reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to a vehicle that is undisclosed at the time of service.
4.3 Giveaway Entry Vouchers
Each voucher purchased constitutes one or more entries into the applicable Toros Customs giveaway as described on the product listing. Entry vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Purchasing vouchers does not guarantee a win. All giveaway draws are conducted live and the results are final.
No Purchase Necessary: A method of free entry is available for each giveaway in compliance with applicable law. Details are provided on the giveaway product page. Paid entry does not improve your statistical odds relative to free entries of equal quantity.
Giveaways are void where prohibited. Toros Customs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway at any time. In the event of cancellation prior to the draw, entry voucher purchases will be refunded in full.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your provided payment method. Toros Customs is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Orders are fulfilled within the timeframe stated on the product listing. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Toros Customs is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for merchandise passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, contact us directly and we will work to reach a fair resolution. We are not obligated to issue a refund for any reason but will always consider the circumstances.
Giveaway entry vouchers are non-refundable once a purchase is completed, except in the event of a giveaway cancellation as described in Section 4.3.
Detailing services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with the result, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will assess the situation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Toros Customs name, bull logo, graphics, photography, and copy — is the property of Toros Customs LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site to:
Engage in any unlawful activity
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
Interfere with the operation of the site or any giveaway
We reserve the right to cancel orders or ban users who violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and all products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Toros Customs does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toros Customs LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site, your purchase of any product or service, or participation in any giveaway. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toros Customs LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
